Cork along with nine other counties along the South and Southeast coast are under a status yellow weather warning until the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Heavy spells of persistent rain are affecting parts of Munster and Leinster.
Met Eireann's also warned that localised flooding is possible.
The warnings expire from 1am in Kerry, 3am in Cork and 5am in the other eight counties.
