726 patients were forced to wait for a bed on trolleys in the Emergency Department and elsewhere in the hospital.
The nursing union have described the issue at CUH as a consistent problem and say they need to see bespoke plans from management as to how overcrowding will be tackled during the winter.
Nationally, 8,317 patients spent time on a trolley in November- an increase of one hundred and ten percent on the same month last year.
