Cork University Hospital is once again the second most over crowded hospital in the country
The numbers waiting on trolleys at the hospital have been steadily falling this week from a high of 88 on Tuesday to 46 today.
Elsewhere 14 are on trolleys at the Mercy University Hospital and 4 are at Bantry General.
Nationally 388 people are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.
INMO figures show 298 patients are in emergency departments, while 90 are in wards.
University Hospital Limerick is once again the worst affected facility, with 53 people on trolleys.
