A man who was injured in a workplace accident in Co Cork is described as being in a critical condition.
The man in his 40s received serious injuries after a paint can exploded at his workplace in the Ballygirriha area of Donoughmore on Monday morning.
Emergency services including the National Ambulance Service, Gardaí and three units of the fire service responded to the incident and the man was rushed to Cork University Hospital.
The HSA have launched an investigation into the incident.
