Cork Penny Dinners will provide over 1,000 dinners for people who need one this Christmas Day as part of their annual Donate a Dinner campaign.
Cork’s RedFM and Insight Insurance have teamed up with the charity in the city centre to raise €10,000 to provide over 1,300 dinners for people and families in need this Christmas.
The dinners are cooked by the team at the River Lee Hotel and will be delivered to households across the city and county on Christmas Day.
Penny Dinners will also be hosting a Christmas Day dinner for people in the city.
