Three Cork City Council projects have been short listed for this years Irish Council for Social Housing Allianz Community Housing Awards.
The council is nominated for its Shandon Street/John Philpott Curran St project which features in the regeneration category.
It's also been shortlisted for its Homeless Persons unit and for designing the competitive dialogue procurement and planning process which has delivered hundreds of social housing across the city.
