Five units of the fire service attended the scene on the Kinsale Road after the alarm was raised at 4:45 this morning.
It's believed the fire which was confined to an office building at the front of the site was started deliberately.
In a post on Twitter this morning, the Fire Service says the fire is now under control and damping down operations are continuing.
The Fire Service's building control department are set to assess the building due to fire damage to the roof
There are no reports of any injuries.
