Cork University Hospital is the most overcrowded hospital in the country today.
Figures from the INMO show that 70 patients are waiting for a bed at the hospital, with 16 at the Mercy and 5 at Bantry General.
Nationally, there are 549 people are waiting on a trolley at the country's hospitals.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation has already warned that hospital overcrowding this winter could be the worst the country has ever seen.
There was 109 people on trolleys across Cork hospitals yesterday according to the union, including 82 people at CUH and 24 at the Mercy.
The INMO says the numbers have reached emergency levels.
