It's after flash flooding washed away roads and caused millions of euro worth of damage.
Work to repair the road is being undertaken by the Council today, with traffic on the N71 Eastbound being diverted through the village.
Westbound traffic is not affected, however motorists are being reminded to drive with caution in the area as many roads were damaged during the flooding.
