47-year-old Tina Satchwell was missing for six years before her body was found concealed at her home Youghal in October of last year.
Her husband Richard Satchwell has been charged with her murder.
Southern Correspondent with the Irish Independent Ralph Riegel was in court when Richard Satchwell appeared there:
"He appeared on remand before Clonmel District Court this week and Superintendent Adrian Gamble told Judge Brian O’Shea that the case file had been submitted to the State solicitor for north Cork Gerry Healy and that he was confident that the case file would be submitted by today to the Director of Public Prosecutions. Essentially what will happen is the Director of Public Prosecutions will consider the case file and instructions will be given to the Gardaí."
