The long awaited upgrade for the Dunkettle Interchange is due to start in the autumn.
The Irish Examiner reports that TII expects work on the €150 million project to begin by September or October.
Contractors Sisk and TII parted ways in August following a disagreement over costs, resuting in a delay of up to 18 months while another contractor is appointed.
It's expected the interchange, which handles up to 100,000 vehicles a day will not be completed before 2023.
