The group is urging the government to compel schools to hold any worship or religion instruction in a period after the school day.
Concerns are being raised about families' rights to freedom of belief while the practices take place during core hours.
Simon Lewis, Primary Education Officer with Education Equality says it's an ongoing issue,
"Recently we set up an Instagram page where we asked people, families to share their stories about how the education system has been treating them if they don't fall in with the ethos usually a religious ethos of the school. We have hundreds of messages everyday and some of these messages are harrowing".
