It's Ireland's first medal of the games and a new personal best time for Keane.
Remarkably it's Ellen Keane's fourth Paralympic Games at the age of just 26.
She made her debut in Beijing in 2008, but the undoubted highlight of her Paralympic Games career was her first medal - a bronze - last time out in Rio in the SB8 100m breaststroke.
