That's according to Cork TD Thomas Gould who says the woman is facing eviction in April.
The Sinn Féin TD has warned that the level of homelessness in the city and county could potentially almost double if the government doesn't change its mind about extending the ban.
Figures from the Residential Tenancies Board released today show 500 Notices to Quit were issued to tenants across Cork between July and October last year.
