Former Debenhams Staff have been occupying the Cork city centre store since Tuesday.
That's the sound of cheering from supporters of the Debenhams 8, who emerged from the Patrick Street store's side door on Maylor Street after a three day sit in.
The workers escalated their protest by occupying the store as they continue to fight for a fair redundancy deal 154 days after beginning their action.
Workers say they are entitled to 4 weeks redundancy pay per year of service and have described a settlement offer they received last week as an 'insult'.
Speaking to RedFM News in the past few minutes after she emerged from the building, Patrick St shop steward Valerie Conlon says they will not back down:
