The families impacted by the CUMH organ incineration scandal say they are growing increasingly frustrated and upset by continued delays in releasing a review into the matter.
The organs of 18 babies who died at the maternity hospital were sent to Belgium at the start of the pandemic and incinerated with medical waste without the consent of families.
Jamie O Hara has been speaking to two of the mothers campaigning for the review to be released and has this special report for RedFM News - PRESS PLAY
In a statement to RedFM News a spokesperson for the South/South West Hospital Group said the external review is ongoing and the review team continues to maintain regular contact with families.
The statment goes on to say that the final report will be shared with all relevant stakeholders including the families involved.
