A fire at the former R&H Hall building at the Docklands which broke out yesterday is being treated as suspicious.
At the height of the blaze five fire units responded to the scene.
Firefighters battled the blaze at the derelict building for over five hours from 2am after they were alerted to the "well-developed" fire.
A technical examination of the scene was carried out yesterday and while the building is vacant and secured by perimetre fencing and security patrols there have been reports of to anti social behaviour in the area and in this case the fire is being treated as suspicious.
O'Callagahan Properties own the building and they are to step up secuirty in the area following this latest fire.
