The first affordable housing scheme in the south east of the city is being launched at Meadow Brome in Grange
The development at Seaberry Drive consists of 16 affordable homes, including 10 three-bedroom end of terrace houses and 6 three-bedroom mid terrace houses
The homes are for sale from approximately 20% below open market values to those who qualify for the Affordable Housing Scheme
This scheme brings the number of new, affordable homes made available through Cork City Council’s Affordable Housing Scheme to over 300 houses
