Emergency Services were called to the scene of a single vehicle collision on the Bog Road between Redbarn Cross and the Youghal Road Junction at around 9:25pm yesterday evening.
Garda Press say three males and two females ages in their teens were seriously injured in the crash.
The road is currently closed to allow for a forensic examination and diversions are in place.
