Instagram has been changing the way people are thinking about flowers, with Hydrangeas proving very popular this year.
Sharon Fox from Fox Flowers in Ballycurreen has been preparing bouquets for Valentine's for the past 20 years and started work at 7am this morning.
She told RedFM News that it's always a very busy day in the shop and says there is still time for a last-minute bouquet:
