Joseph O'Donovan, formerly known as Gary O'Flynn, appeared at Cork District Court today.
47 year old Joseph O'Donovan of Melvindale House, Coolowen, Blarney was charged in August this year of one count of harassment.
The alleged offences happened on three dates between July 30th and August 6th last.
Today in court Sgt John Kelleher applied for a six week adjournment to allow for directions from the DPP.
Defence solicitor Frank Buttimer said there was no issue with the application and Judge Colm Roberts adjourned the case until November 9th.
O'Donovan must stay out of Cork city centre expect for medical or legal appointments and must stay away from certain streets in the city.
He must obey a curfew, sign on three times a week a Garda station on the northside and must have no contact with the alleged injured party.
