The funerals of John Patrick and Berna Allen took place earlier today in Carrigaline.
83-year-old John Patrick and 82-year-old Berna Allen were killed in a road traffic accident on Tuesday when their vehicle collided with a car transporter.
People lined the street when the ceremony was held at the Church of Our Lady and St. John in Carrigaline.
The couple were laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
