Gardaí say enquiries are ongoing following yesterday's road traffic collision on the N25.
The incident involving two cars occurred near Cobh Cross just before 3pm.
The drivers of both vehicles, a man in his 80s and a woman in her 40s, were rushed to Cork University Hospital for treatment of their injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening
