Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to a collision in which a young Cork man lost his life in Belgooly to contact them.
A 19 year old was the sole occupant of a single car collision on a local road in Knockleigh near Belgooly in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He was pronounced dead at the scene - his body has been removed to Cork University Hospital where a post mortem examination will carried out.
