Emergency services attended the fire in Clancoole Terrace in the town at around 2am.
The fire was brought under control and the scene was preserved and examined by the local Garda Scenes of Crime Unit.
No was injured in the fire but the house has been extensively damaged.
Anyone who was in the area between 1am and 2:30am is being asked to contact Bandon Garda Station on 023- 885 22 00
