The two men were taken to Gurranabraher Garda Station and remain in custody this morning
Officers from the City Drugs Unit, uniform Gardaí and detectives from Gurranabraher carried out a search of a house on Sunday's Well Road last night at 7pm.
They seized €85,000 worth of cannabis herb and arrested two men in their 30s.
A second search was carried out at a house on Blarney Street and €20,000 worth of cannabis was discovered.
