Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle collision on the M8 outside Fermoy this morning
A van overturned during the collision and the driver was later taken to Cork University Hospital to receive treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Diversions are still in place at this time, but are expected to be lifted shortly.
