Gardaí in Anglesea Street are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery in the city yesterday.
A man entered a business premises on the South Douglas Road at about ten to two yesterday afternoon, armed with a knife and demanded money.
He held a male customer at knifepoint and threatened staff, before leaving the scene with a substantial sum of money.
No one was injured.
