Gardaí have opened an investigation after a fire broke out at a commercial property in Churchfield yesterday morning.
Cork City Fire Brigade says crews from Anglesea Street and Ballyvolane responded the scene at Ashgrove Recycling and Waste Management around 5.30am.
Crews prevented the fire from spreading and no one was injured in the incident.
Gardaí say investigations into the incident are ongoing.

A Garda spokesperson told RedFM News:
"Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a fire that occurred at a commercial premises in the Churchfield area of Cork city in the early hours of yesterday morning, Sunday 12th of November 2023.
There were no reports of injuries.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
Investigations are ongoing."
