The boys were arrested in relation to the investigation yesterday and are due to appear before Cork City District Court this morning.
A third boy who was previously charged in relation to the investigation will also appear before the court today.
Cameron Blair from Ballinascarthy in West Cork died at Cork University Hospital after he was stabbed in the neck at a house on Bandon Road on the 16th of January.
