Gardaí have launched an investigation in Charleville after a number of men forced their way into a house at Deerpark View at around 5pm on Sunday and searched the house.
They were disturbed during the course of burglary and fled the scene in a denim blue Opel Astra with a 08 KY or 09 KY number plate.
Gardaí are asking anyone with any information or dash cam footage from the area at the time to contact them in Charleville on 063 21 770.
