Gardaí responded to an incident at a house on the northside of the city in the early hours of this morning.
It's reported that a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in The Meadows, Hollyhill at 12.45am
The fire was brought under control by fire services and no injuries were reported.
"Gardaí responded to an incident of criminal damage at a premises in The Meadows, Holyhill, Co. Cork at approximately 12:45am on Friday, 13th of September 2024.
The fire was brought under control by fire services. There were no reports of injuries.
Investigations are ongoing at this time."
