On Saturday, officers seized €1,200 of diazepam tablets at an apartment in Macroom town and discovered ecstacy, cannabis herb and cash at an apartment in Bandon town centre.
No arrests have been made but Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry in both incidents.
The raids were carried out as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in West Cork.
