A go fund me has been set up by the family of a 32-year-old woman who was murdered in Mallow last Friday.
Paula Canty was found dead in a flat in Bridewell Lane in Mallow with a stab wound on her upper body.
Gardaí opened a murder investigation yesterday after the discovery of a woman's body last Friday.
The investigation was upgraded to murder after a post mortem examination was carried out on Paula Canty.
The examination found that The 32-year-old mother of two had suffered stab wounds leading Gardaí to launch a murder probe.
Funeral arrangements have been made and Paula's family are asking for donations to Coolmine's Street Angels via go fund me.
