The Government is in Cork today to sign off on the multi-billion euro National Development Plan.
The three party leaders and the Public Expenditure Minister are meeting at UCC this morning before officially launching the updated plan at Páirc Uí Chaoimh this afternoon.
There will be a 2:1 commitment on public transport vs roads and each project will be assessed for climate impact
