A status yellow weather warning for four counties in the East will begin at 8pm.
Met Éireann says there's a possibility of thunderstorms and spot flooding as a result.
Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather says people going to concerts should be prepared
"Make sure they have proper raincoats, etc. it's going to be very heavy showers. They will be hit or miss, so you know, one gig could get it worse than the other, even, although they are all in Dublin. But yes, certainly, if you are going to a gig tonight, then do take heed of that weather warning and make sure that you're prepared for some heavy showers"
