Fermoy is backed up this morning as all traffic is being diverted through the town after a truck overturned on the M8 Motorway bridge yesterday during Storm Barra.
Diversions on the M8 remain in place this morning due to that overturned artic.
A crane is needed to move the truck and once that operation is complete it's expected the road will reopen later this morning.
The truck is located between Junction 13 and 15 and motorists are advised that all northbound traffic is to divert through Fermoy.
