The hospitality sector is still struggling to get staff.
Pressure is continuing to mount on business owners trying to cope with a surge in customers, and a shortage of employees to serve them.
It comes after complaints of long queues for refreshments at events and gigs recently too.
Angela Ruttledge, owner of 'Olives Tearoom' in Clontarf - is running out of ideas:
"Trying to even get people to come here, either to Dublin or to Ireland to work is difficult at the moment because they can't find a place to stay. I've ended up with five members of our team staying in rooms in our house for periods of time because they come here and you say 'you can stay for a couple of weeks and find your feet' and they literally can't find a place to stay".
