House prices in Cork continue to rise, according to the new quarterly house price report from MyHome.ie which was released today.
The asking price for a four bed semi detached house in the city is now at €325,000, an increase of €15,000 from the third quarter of the year.
In the County, the median price of a three bedroom house is now €255,000, up €5,000.
The survey also found that there were just 1,357 properties for sale in Cork at the end of last year, which is 12.5% lower than last year, with just 11,300 homes for sale nationally.
