House prices are up in Cork according to a new report by Daft.ie.
The average price of a home in the city is now €359,000.
In the county the average price of a home is now €308,000.
Speaking to RedFM News, Author of the report Ronan Lyons says the prices are well above healthy levels of price increases:
"In Cork City the increase is 9.2% so less than the national average but still substansial increases year on year, and in the county a 7.4% increase so well below the national average as well but well above healthy levels of price increases."
