The REA nation survey has found the results are broadly in line with the average for the rest of the country as people seek to take advantage of being able to work from home.
The price of the average three bed semi in County Cork also increased by 1.6% this quarter to €178,750.
In the City, sellers are waiting just nine weeks for their homes to sell compared to 15 weeks in the first quarter of the year.
The price of an average three bed semi in the city has remained static, however at €320,000.
