If you are aged between 18 and 49 you are being encouraged to get your COVID booster jab.
The HSE says you can get it at a walk-in clinic this Bank Holiday weekend with no appointment is necessary.
Here in Cork, clinics are open across the weekend at the North Main Street Vaccination centre, the Bantry Vaccination Centre and Skibbereen CVC.
The HSE is reminding listeners that keeping up to date with the booster vaccine will give you and your family the best possible protection from COVID-19.
Free walk-in COVID-19 booster vaccination clinics are running in the Cork North Main Street Vaccination Centre on Friday from 8am-5pm, Saturday from 9am -5pm, and Sunday and Monday from 10am – 2pm.
Clinics are also running in the Bantry Vaccination Centre on Friday from 9am-2pm and Monday from 9am -12pm; and the Skibbereen Vaccination Centre on Monday from 2pm -4:30pm. No appointment is needed for these clinics.
