Crowds gathered around a table draped with the Brazilian flag and photos of Bruna at the Lough to remember the 28 year old who was killed a week ago today.
Members of Bruna's family, her friends, members of the Brazilian community and locals wore white and held white roses and candles while tributes were paid and prayers were offered.
The organisers of the vigil said that Bruna was like a "sunny day in the rainy season" and described her "contagious laugh" and how she faced life with "joy."
