Emili died while swimming at Fountainstown on Tuesday
The little girl would have been celebrating her 8th birthday today with her twin brother Jeremy
Emili was in second class at Templebreedy National School in Crosshaven and her school described her as kind, with a bubbly personality and a beautiful smile.
Locals have rallied around her heartbroken parents Marta and Slawomir and set up a GoFundMe page to help with her funeral expenses
Speaking to RedFM News, Local Councillor Audrey Buckley says the community want to support the family through this terrible tragedy
"It's a silent vigil a candlelight vigil and it will be in the Village Square from 8 o'clock tonight. There will also be a Book of Condolences so people can leave messages as everybody just wants to help and they don't know what to do. So, this book can be given to the family in a couple of weeks time it will just have messages of support and will let them know that we're thinking of them, and we're there for them, whatever they need"
