The demonstrations at five locations across Cork are in a show of solidarity with farmers in Europe
The Tractor protests in Cork will start at 8pm
The Irish Farmers Association's National Council announced the solidarity action last night following an online meeting.
Famers here say they are increasingly demoralised by the cost of production and "red tape."
Speaking to RedFM News Conor O’Leary from the IFA in Cork outlines some of the locations where they will be gathering this evening
"We will be at four routes into Cork - we will be at Barryscourt Castle on the route up from Midleton on the bridge, we will be on the bridge in Blarney, on the approach to the Mallow Road we will be on Maglin bridge in Ballincollig that's on the approach on the Macroom side and on the high Viaduct Bridge near Rumley's Farm on the way in from Bandon"
