An investigation is underway following the discovery of a suspicious device in the Mayfield Area.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the incident at midday yesterday.
The Explosive Ordinance Disposal Service were requested by Gardaí, and Emergency Services and Garda Press have confirmed to RedFM News that a suspicious device was removed from the scene for further analysis.
