The charity will be offering the walk-in checks at Merchant's Quay Shopping Centre from 9am to 6pm tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday.
Each check will take around 15 minutes and will include a blood pressure check as well as a body mass index and carbon monoxide reading.
Nurses will be on hand to discuss any changes in health or concerns about cancer and a referral for a GP will also be arranged where further help is needed.
The society says the pandemic has resulted in a growing backlog of patients with cancer symptoms who have not presented or are waiting for urgent time-critical diagnostic services.
Last year the Your Health Matters roadshow visited 10 locations nationwide, educating 19,000 people face-to-face on how they can catch the signs of cancer early.
