The Irish College of General Practitioners is to discuss doctor burnout today.
It'll also talk about the effect of the pandemic on its members at its Winter Meeting.
The event, which is being held virtually, will get underway at half 9 this morning.
Glanmire GP and Medical Director of the ICGP, Diarmuid Quinlan, says they want to ensure GP teams are kept safe:
"Today's meeting is about... The title is "General Practice: The Beating Heart of Healthcare". And it's really about keeping our patients safe and keeping our practice team, that is the GP, the GP nurses and our admin team all saf. Working together, we can improve the quality of care we give to patients by helping prevent medical errors."
