Irish Water is advising customer in parts of Cobh that there may be a disruption to their supply between 1 and 5 o'clock next Monday and Wednesday afternoons, the 5th and 7th September.
The watermain construction works at Elton Estate in the town may result in reduced water pressure or a water outage.
Homes and businesses in Victoria Estate, Eaton Heights, Carrignafoy Avenue, French’s Walk, Elton Estate, East Hill, Marine Gates, Belmont Place, O’Neill Place, Glassons Avenue, Summerhill, The Anchorage, Wilmont Avenue, and surrounding may be affected.
Temporary traffic management will also be in place.
The water utility say that following the completion of the works, the water supply may take two-three hours to return.
