Irish Water have postponed works set to take place in Cork this evening.
Works which were due to begin today in the Green Park area today will be done at a later date.
However, an improvement project will go ahead on the South Douglas Road today, but will not begin until 9pm. Customers in the area may experience disruption to their water supply until 1am tomorrow morning.
Following the works, networks may take two to three hours to refill.
Irish Water say they will make every effort to ensure work crews minimise disruption during these hours.
